We have recently deployed the ability to bulk change the staff member associated with a Guardian Consultation.
This is a bulk action on the "All Meetings" page once the Guardian Consultations have been created.
Students > Parents & Guardians > Guardian Consultations > Select the Guardian Consultation you wish to work on > from the left-hand menu All Meetings
This provides schools with full control over which staff members are assigned to meetings and have a better overview of meeting details.
The list of meetings now displays as a grid, with information displayed rather than having to drill down into each individual meeting as had to happen before.
