How can I reset a staff members password?


Please note the instructions below are only applicable to our Schools in Saudi Arabia (and not DfE schools), as some aspects of the MIS may differ by country.


Reset Password

If the staff profile has already been created and the welcome email wasn't sent, you will need to send a reset password.

To send the reset password email you will first need to go on the staff profile, from the profile scroll onto the user details section.


Click on the username and a slide over will load with the below options:

Reset Password - If the user's profile has an email address, click on this button to automatically send them a reset email with a link. 

Change Password - If the user's profile doesn't have an email address click on this option to manually change their password.

Change Username - If the user's profile doesn't have an email address, the user will be given a non email username and you can amend this by clicking on this button.
