How to disable a staff members access into Arbor

Disclaimer

Please note the instructions below are only applicable to our Schools in Saudi Arabia (and not DfE schools), as some aspects of the MIS may differ by country.

 

As soon as a staff member leaves the school, it is important that their access to Arbor is revoked. You first need to locate their profile, this can be done by using the search bar at the top right of the system.

Once on the staff profile, scroll onto the Business Role section.

Click on the business role and when the slide over loads click on edit and enter an end date that reflects the last day they were employed.

After the end date has been added, click on save changes.

The profiles main page will then load, scroll onto the user details and click on the username.

When the slide over loads, click on disable account and the user details part will now show (Account Disabled)
