Can parents see communications on the Parent Portal or Arbor App?

It is not possible for parents and guardians to view these Communication Types on the Parent Portal or Arbor App:

  • SMS or texts
  • Emails
  • Letters

There is not a way for parents to see a list of communications sent to their mobile phones (SMS) or their email inboxes. Should you wish to add feedback on this, you can comment here: Communications Improvements

Parents can only view In-app messages.
