You can now cancel a club membership and process a refund by cash, cheque or card! Refund the full amount, or decide how much to refund if your club allows variable contributions and multiple sessions were purchased. To see how to refund and cancel club memberships, click here.
All your staff can top up their own Meals and other top-up account balances, once the account has been verified and has card payments enabled. Just go to My Items > My Payments! Click here for full guidance.
You may have already used our default Target Judgements to colour code a student’s current grades in your mark sheets. Now you can also set up extra judgements, and change their names to align with the terminology you use at your school.
We've also added new fields in the Custom Report Writer to report on student’s current Attainment Expectations judgements, and have renamed the Below, At or Above Analysis pages to Attainment Expectations.

What else is new?
- We’ve amended the comparison analysis on our DfE performance data dashboards from the Outstanding Ofsted rating to compare with the top quintile of schools instead.
- Our new Business Role called Head of Faculty will be automatically assigned when someone is linked to a faculty with the responsibility of Head of Faculty.
You’ll soon be able to see the gap between your key demographics and their inverse at a glance in both table and chart formats from our Summative Assessment Analysis pages.
Now you can share your summative assessment setup with other schools, we’re also working on supporting the setup of trust-wide policies to help further standardise and analyse assessments.
Now we’ve enabled refunds for Clubs, we’re working on making refunds available for Trips too!
We’re building a new Attendance Over Time graph to allow you to see the percentage of present marks for specific student groups.
Classroom management tools are in hot demand from our schools, so look out for new features such as seating plans in the future!
