SWF Census - Absences - Query 4960Q and Error 4990

Query 4960Q

Please check more than one absence record with absence category of sickness or pregnancy-related absence covering the same dates.

Fix

Only one absent record should be showing for the same dates. If a staff member has overlapping absences, you'll need to amend them. You can either remove oe of them or change them so they don't overlap.

Go to the staff member's Staff Profile and select Absences from the left-hand side.

If you do need to leave them both, you can still submit the census with the query. When submitting your Census to COLLECT you'll just need to provide an explanation as to why.

Error 4990

When the last day of a sickness absence is provided then the number of working days lost must be greater than 0. 

Fix

Go to the staff member's Staff Profile and select Absences from the left-hand side. Click on the absence and then click on the dates. Add the hours.
