The Headlines

Course memberships

Want an easy way to see which students are in which courses and top-level subjects? Now you can with our Course memberships table! Go to Students > Enrolment > Academic > Courses > Memberships tab to filter by student group or course, check for gaps, or download the whole table!

Accounting codes

To help you reconcile your card payments and refunds with your bank statements, you can use our new accounting codes! Use the default codes, change the codes for each customer account type from School > Payments > Setup > Customer Account Types, or add a unique code to each club or trip from their overview pages.

Then use our new settlement statement in School > Payments > Reconciliation > Settlement Statement to see or download a list of card payments (including these accounting codes) so you can easily group payments into the same category!

What else is new?

  • We've added a filter bar to the In-house Exams > Results Entry page so you can filter exams by date.
  • Improved how you can auto-assign candidates to exam seats, including helpful direction arrows.
  • Choose to send one text per household or only to primary guardians from a detention overview page.
