How do I send a Mail Merge Emails from a Trip?

If you were coming back from a trip and found out the drop off point had to change, you could log into Arbor and let all the parents know straight away.

You can also notify guardians that there are outstanding payments due for clubs and trips.

To send an email, go to the Trip participants section of the Trip Overview page. Select the students who have yet to pay the full amount, and click the blue pencil.
