2020/2021 Product Updates Roundup 1 - New School Assessment Measures option and behaviour bulk edits

The Headlines

The ‘or’ option

We have added an 'or' option to School Assessment Measures - great for seeing which students have achieved a measure in one of a few assessments.

You could also find students who are struggling in at least one subject, by putting all your assessments in the second box. There are just so many ways you could use this feature!

Just select the right assessments when adding a new measure from Assessments > Annual Policy > School Assessment Measures!

Bulk edit notifications for Behaviour Types

If you’ve got the School: Behaviour Administer permission you can now choose which staff members to notify when a certain behaviour type is logged in bulk from Students > Behaviour > Set-up. Just tick the types you’d like to edit and click the blue pencil icon.

What else is new?

  • Input Post-16 prior attainment now from Students > All Students > Bulk Update > GCSE Attainment for Funding. Tick the students then click the blue pencil to bulk set English or Maths, or import results from the LRS.
  • We’ve tweaked the Welcome message for guardians with a Helpful resource and made the link deletable. Already edited the template? We haven't changed your message, but you can always revert to the new default using the Reset button.
  • More out-of-the-box grade sets have been added - no more needing to set up A-Level Split Grade Sets each time.
