Queries 1881Q and 1883Q

For both of the queries below, they can flag when the student has been given multiple enrolments into your school. You'll need to first check whether the student did leave your school and returned, or whether they were promoted incorrectly.

If they were promoted incorrectly, you can see how to fix this here.

1881Q

  • For autumn census: Please check the entry date as the sessions possible indicate that the pupil attended the school during the first half of the summer term. If the pupil left and was subsequently readmitted, the query will be accepted by DfE on the condition that a suitable explanatory notepad entry is provided.
  • For spring and summer census: Please check the entry date as the sessions possible indicate that the pupil attended the school during the term prior to this date. If the pupil left and was subsequently readmitted, the query will be accepted by DfE on the condition that a suitable explanatory notepad entry is provided.

Arbor Solution: Please review your Summary Inspection Report, if this is correct submit a validation note to COLLECT

1883Q

Please check entry date as the sessions possible indicate that the pupil attended the school during the second half of the summer term. If the pupil left and was subsequently readmitted, the query will be accepted by DfE on condition that a suitable explanatory notepad entry is provided.

This means that the student has attendance marks in the second half of the summer term, and has two enrollments into your school. If this is correct, submit a validation note to COLLECT.
