How to Book Online Training

At Arbor we offer a wide range of online services outside of our new Arbor Academy services. In this article you will learn how to book your school or MAT on to these services.


How to book your Assessment Consultation and Training

The majority of our Assessment training is delivered by our experienced team of External Consultants. 

How do we get in touch to book this training?

If you are in implementation, a member of our Customer Team will be in touch to discuss potential dates for booking this training.

If you are in Account Management, please contact our Account Management team via accountmanagers@arbor-education.com and they will be able to discuss potential dates for booking this training.

What happens when I have agreed dates for the Training?

Once you have agreed on dates with a member of our team, your request will be sent to one of our External Consultants.

If they also agree to the dates, you will receive an email from a member of Arbor with confirmation of the date, time, Trainer Name and Zoom Link for the training. You can then share this information with your team to ensure the relevant people are available on the call.

However, if our External Consultants cannot agree to the date, a member of Arbor will be in touch with alternative dates for you to book.

How long does it take for the training to be agreed and booked?

Once your request has been received by the Training Team we aim to process your request and get agreement form the External Consultants within 5 working days. Often we are able to agree this much quicker, but on occasion it may take a little longer during school holidays.

What do I do if I can no longer make the training session?


If you can no longer make the training session after you have received the confirmation email, please let us know as soon as possible by replying to the confirmation email.

Please note: if you cancel your session after 5pm the day before then your will be charged for the training.
 

How to book all other Online Training

For any training that is booked with our internal team of Software trainers, which includes everything except Arbor Academy training and some Assessment services, we use a self-booking service

How do we get in touch to book this online training?

If you are in implementation, a member of our Customer Team will send you an email with the links required to book the training.

If you are in Account Management, please contact our Account Management team via accountmanagers@arbor-education.com and they will be able to get in touch to discuss options before sharing the booking links.

How do I book on the training using the booking links?

Firstly, you will receive and email from us which contains 3 key pieces of information:

1. Your Booking Reference Code - This is a 15 digit code made up of numbers and letters and is unique to your school or MAT. This code can be used to book onto any Arbor Training. 
Please note: Some schools/MATs will have already been sent a shorter 4-6 digit booking code - this can also be used to book training.

2. The Session Name - This will either be in the body of the email or the booking link will be embedded into this. You will need this session name to identify which session you are booking ( especially if you are making several bookings at once).

3. The booking link(s) - This may be added as a link in the email or embedded into the Session Name. Clicking on this link will take you to a booking page powered by Calendly. Please see the instructions below on how to use the booking page.

How do I complete the Calendly booking page form?

Step 1: Select a date and time from the available slots:

Step 3: Confirmation Email received

Once you have completed the booking form and clicked Schedule Event, you should receive a booking confirmation email which includes: details from the booking form, Zoom joining links, a calendar event invite and reschedule and cancellation links.

What do I do if I can no longer make the training session I have booked?

You can use the reschedule or cancellation links with the calendar event or confirmation email.

Please Note: If you cancel a session after 5pm the day before your training you will be charged for the session.
