The process of recording students who are eligible for Free School Meals under the no recourse to public funds provision (NRPF) is the same as other reasons for Free School Meal eligibility. You can log that the child is a FSM recipient following these instructions: Adding Free School Meal (FSM) Eligibility
For auditing purposes, you can add any documentation directly to the FSM record in Arbor as an attachment.
However, there isn't a specific area where NRPF will be flagged on student profiles or reported on, so there are two options for recording this:
- Add a User Defined Field - this would appear in the Other section of a student's profile.
- Record this as a pinned note - schools typically put this as a Pastoral Note as you can enter dates with pinned notes.
