It is not possible to move a member of staff between your trust's Arbor sites or to copy a staff profile to another site if they work across two sites.
Staff has moved
When you have staff that have moved from one school in the trust to another you will need to manually create a new profile for them at their new school. Our Adding a new staff member and creating a new staff profile will show you how to do this.
If they no longer need access to the previous school's site, don't forget to revoke their access using these instructions: How to end a staff member's employment to disable access.
Staff now work across both sites
You will need to manually create a new profile for them at their new school. Our Adding a new staff member and creating a new staff profile will show you how to do this.
For the workforce census, you will need to make sure that you record a contract for them on each school site. The hours for each contract should add up to their full hours.
