Can I delete an applicant if an admissions appeal has been logged against them?

As admissions appeals are reported in the Spring Census, you aren't able to delete an applicant with an appeal lodged against them.

You can withdraw the student so they do not appear on roll, or transfer them to another intake season, but the applicant can not be deleted.
