Can we have access to Sendgrid to monitor our emails?

Arbor is not able to give you access to Sendgrid, as this is an internal system only.

You can view your mail logs in Arbor using the All School Communications and Mail Merge logs. Head to School > Communications > All School Communications and choose Email from the left-hand menu.
