You can pin a pastoral note if the date is starting and ending on the same day. Pinned notes are pinned until midnight of their end date, meaning they can be pinned for one day.
Teachers can then see this note just for today on the Lesson Dashboard.
If you want the pastoral note to be pinned indefinitely, you can delete the expiry date to have it set as Ongoing.
