Behaviour Reporting |
The aim of this session is to show you how you can report on behaviour using your current setup. At this stage, if you are not already using behaviour, we will also be able to make some small tweaks to your setup in order to improve your reporting. |

How to book if you have already purchased this service?
Once you have purchased this service and are ready to book, you will receive an email from your Project or Account Manager containing a booking link or links for this service.We recommend that you use the agendas to see which members of the team should join each session. Only those that are taking part in the relevant part of the process need to attend, so not all staff will necessarily be required to attend all 3 sessions. Once you have used the links to register for the training (more instructions on how to do this below), you will receive a confirmation which will come via an email with your joining details and a calendar event. You can then click the zoom link to join the session at the specified date and time.
How do I complete the booking for this session?
Please note: You will need to do this three times - once for each of the three sessions.Step 1 - Click on the booking link(s) within the email you have received from your Project Manager or Account Manager
Step 2 - Select the Date and time of the session you wish to join and click confirm.

Step 3 - Complete the fields below and click Schedule Event. The onboarding team will provide you with the booking reference number. (Please ensure that you specify in the Training Session Name section which part you are booking e.g. Behaviour Part 1 etc.)

Step 4 - Your training has now been booked. You should receive a confirmation email and a calendar invite for this session. (If you need to cancel/reschedule your training, the calendar invite will contain the links to do this - please ensure you cancel or reschedule the session at least 24 hours before your session is due to start or you may be charged.)

- Check you are able to access the session by ensuring Zoom.us is whitelisted at your school and is not blocked by any filters on the device(s) you are joining from.
- Test your Speakers and your microphone so you can clearly hear the Training and communicate with the trainer for any questions.
- Where possible, set up a second device or tab so you can log in to the test site and take part in activities to help consolidate your learning. If you can't do this during the session, you will find some activities in the Post Training Activities Tab above to complete afterwards.
- Put a sign on your door or find a quiet place to join the session from. It's important you are given time to focus on the training without distractions where possible as we will be covering a lot of core content throughout the session. But don't worry, we have scheduled breaks so you can grab a cup of coffee and be back in time for the next bit of training!

Log into the Test Site to try out these activities after the sessions
Behaviour Setup
- Head to the page ‘Behaviour setup’ Archive a Behaviour type and create a new one.
- Go to the Detentions tab in Behaviour setup and create a scheduled detention
- Head to the Internal Exclusions tab and add a new reason.
Logging Behaviour
- Head to the ‘Behaviour Dashboard’ and log an incident
- Go to the incident you created and Remove student involvement.
- Head to a student’s profile and assign them to a detention by logging a serious incident. (Please remember to remove this if appropriate)
Reporting on Behaviour
- Run a report to see all Level 5 incidents since September
- Find the Fixed Period Exclusion statistics for a particular year group
- Head to the English course and find the behaviour information for that course
How do I access a recording of the training?
Your Arbor Trainer will send you a follow up email once each session has finished, with a copy of the recording. You will also find useful links to any resources to help consolidate your learning.
We aim to send all follow up emails within 5 working days of the session.
