There isn't a built-in concept of line managers in Arbor.
However, you could add a User Defined Field to record who is someone's line manager: Using User Defined Fields (UDFs)
When setting up a meeting between a line manager and the person they manage, you'll just need to select the specific staff members: Creating and managing events
