You may receive these queries if you have input your on-the-day census information: Resolving on-the-day Workforce Census errors Errors 7100, 7110, 7111 and 7112 and Query 7240Q

• Number of Qualified Occasional Teachers present on Census Reference Date is unexpectedly high (40 or more).
• Number of Unqualified Occasional Teachers present on Census Reference Date is unexpectedly high (10 or more).
• Number of Teachers where not known if qualified or not and who are present on Census Reference Date is unexpectedly high (10 or more).

Go to School > Data > Export > Data Returns and select the census. Click the SWF Census button in the slide over. You can also click Census Overview on the left-hand side of your Census.

Check the Occasional Teaching Staff Headcount noted here is correct.

• If the figures are incorrect, click the figure to amend it.
• If the figures are correct, submit the census with this query and an explanatory note.
