Error Message: There is more than one record with the same NI Number
Resolution:
Make sure the NI number is the correct number for each staff member from the Identity section of their staff profile, and there are no duplicate staff profiles.
If you have a staff member who is, or used to be a guardian at your school, make sure the NI number is not recorded on the guardian account.
