This query will flag for contracts that end on or overlap with the census day date. The staff member has one or more contracts where the total Full-Time Equivalent ratio is greater than 1.5.
- If this is incorrect, amend the hours for the contracts on the staff member's profile.
- If this is correct, add a validation note when submitting the census.
