Each student has an Other section near the bottom of their profile, containing information that doesn't fit anywhere else on a profile.
You'll need the Admin: Administer All/My Students permission to enter and change data in the Other section of the profile for students. An academic lead would be able to enter and change the data for the students they teach if they had this permission.
If you don't have the permission, you'll need to ask your admin team to give you permission using these instructions.
Adding or editing the information
In the Other section, you'll find an area to enter Boarding information.
If your school has a nursery you'll see hours at setting, funded hours, extended hours and the thirty hour code information for nursery students in the Other section. More information on this can be found in this article: Update information for students in bulk
To add or edit the information, click on that item in the list. A slide-over will appear that you can enter the data into.
