To be able to log an ad hoc meal for a temporary staff member or staff visitor, the person needs to have a profile on your Arbor site.
You can see how to check if their profile exists here, add them if their profile doesn't exist here, and log meals for them here. They will then be able to top up their account to pay for the meal following these instructions.
You can only log meals for students that have been added to your site. Please see our guidance on student visitors here.
It isn't possible to add meals for parent and guardian visitors.
