New Assessment Marksheets

Our new marksheets give you a powerful and easy-to-use spreadsheet, with intuitive features such as keyboard data entry, copy and paste, and column filtering and resizing.

  • Intuitive and easy-to-use - No need to learn any new tricks, Arbor marksheets mirror the features you are already familiar with in other spreadsheets, like Excel.
  • Speed up data entry - Save time when inputting Assessment data, as you can navigate the spreadsheet using only your keyboard. Plus, you can copy and paste data into and out of the marksheet to move seamlessly between external spreadsheets and your MIS.
  • Make your marksheet work for you - Pin and reorder columns depending on the information you need to see first. Marksheet settings are saved per user, so you can customise the layout and it will stay the same in your next session.

How can we use the new marksheets?

How do we switch them on?

There's nothing you need to do to switch on our new marksheets! Everyone who could access marksheets before will be able to use the new marksheets from the same place from Thursday 16th June automatically.

Can we switch back to our old marksheets?

Yes you can switch back to the old marksheets for now, by clicking the Toggle New Marksheets switch.

Please note that we'll be removing this toggle at the end of the academic year, so you won't be able to use the old marksheets after then.

Does this work with Custom marksheets?

Yes, our new marksheets work with Custom Marksheets - enabling you to do even more with your marksheet formatting!

If you enter an invalid value, the value won't save and the field will be reset to blank.

If you paste in an invalid value, there's now no more getting trapped in the editor. Now it'll highlight the invalid value in red, and won't send the data to other areas of Arbor until you fix it.
