Can we import our DfE statutory assessment marks from a spreadsheet?

It isn't possible to import marks for DfE statutory assessments using a spreadsheet or CSV file, like you can for summative assessments.

If you've recorded your marks outside of Arbor in an external tracking system, in a spreadsheet, or in the summative assessment area of Arbor, you can't move these marks across.

You'll need to fill in the marks on the DfE assessment marksheets. You can use the drop-down menus to select the grade. You can also copy and paste from any source, across multiple fields:

  • To copy, select the fields and drag until they are all selected, then use Ctrl+C (Windows) or Cmd + C (Mac).
  • To paste, select the fields and drag until they are all selected, then use Ctrl+V (Windows) or Cmd + V (Mac).

You can also use the bulk mark tool by selecting fields and clicking the Bulk action button.
