When setting up behaviour workflows, you can choose to have:
- certain staff notified within Arbor or emailed when an incident is logged
- primary guardians sent an email or SMS when an incident or detention is logged
When assigned behaviour (such as a detention), students are not notified in the Student Portal. Arbor will not send an automatic email or SMS to the student.
You would need to manually send them an email or SMS. For detentions, make sure students are using the Student Portal, as detentions will show in their calendar.
