The Arbor Training Hub

When the Arbor Training Hub is launched at your school or MAT, if you are the Arbor Project Lead, you will receive an email with instructions on how you can log into the Hub, and how other users at your school can register for an account on the Hub.

If you are the Project Lead, you should use your school/MAT email address and the temporary password you received via email. If you cannot log in with the password provided, you can use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen.   

As Project Lead, you will also be responsible for helping your colleagues create an account on the Hub. To help you with this, we have added the information you should share with your colleagues in the email sent out to you.

You can forward these details to colleagues and advise them to follow the instructions to create an account.

If you are not prompted to change your password when you log in, you will be able to change your password in your profile section once logged in. Click on your initials in the top right-hand corner of the Hub > View My Profile > Change Password.

If you are not the Arbor Project Lead, but you still need to access training via the Arbor Training Hub, you can register for an account.

Your Arbor Project Lead should have received an email, with instructions they can send to you to guide you through how to register for an account. The email contains important details that are specific to your school or MAT, so you should use the information in the email to create your account.

Below is a short video that demonstrates how to register for an account, as well as step-by-step instructions.

Step 1: Access the Arbor Training Hub: https://arbor-education.learnupon.com/
Step 2: Click “Register”, enter your work email address, and choose a password
Step 3: Enter the following details:

• First & Last Name
• School Name
• MAT Name (if applicable)
• Booking Reference
• School/MAT Type
• Arbor Implementation Stage

Important to note: It’s important that you enter the correct information when registering an account to ensure you are enrolled in the correct training courses. We recommend copying and pasting your School/MAT Name and Booking Reference from the Training Hub email sent to your Arbor Project Lead. If your information is incorrect, you will not be able to access your training.

Now you have completed the course "Everything you need to know about the Training Hub" you're ready to register for your Arbor Foundations Onboarding Training and join live webinars directly via the Hub.

The onboarding training is broken down into individual modules, making it easier to book and attend. Registration for each training session closes 60 min before the session is due to start.

Please Note: To book sessions after the 12th of April  please use the links provided in the Live Session Booking modules.

You can book your 1-1 sessions (for example, Assessments, Behaviour or any Bespoke training sessions) on the Arbor Training Hub. If you have already purchased a service it will display on your Dashboard. If you would like to purchase a session click “request” to let us know you would like to purchase this or contact your Account Manager directly.

If you have already purchased these services, and are enrolled in the relevant courses in the Hub, you can select the course via the dashboard the book a suitable date and time for your session. 

After the session, you will be asked to leave feedback to receive your training certificate. All resources and recordings will be sent to you directly by the trainer following your session. 

When logged into the Arbor Training Hub, you'll see on your Dashboard that you are enrolled in our "Arbor Foundations" courses. If you started your course before the 27th of February, you need to book and attend, before being given access to recordings/resources.

Once you have completed the live webinar, and have given some feedback on the session, you will then be enrolled in a new course that will be available on your Dashboard.

The course name will end in "Resources" (e.g, Guardian Profiles Resources). This course contains any recordings and resources, which you can download and share with colleagues, or use to refer back to in the future if needed.

Searching "Resources" in the search bar will provide you with a list of any training that you have completed, and have access to the recordings/resources.

If you started your course after the 27th of February, you will be able to access the ResourcesModule within the same course.
