We currently do not support images in text editors for sending email, SMS or in-app message communications, only for letters.

Currently:
- It may be possible to paste an image into the editor, however the image may not be there the next time you visit the page. This means you cannot use pictures or photos in communication templates or drafts.
- When you drag an image into an email composed in Arbor, we can’t save the image anywhere so we save the base64 format of the image. As some email clients (such as gmail) don't support base64, images may display as a string of characters instead. This means although you can see the image in Arbor, some recipients may see a string of text instead.
