Arbor AI Fair Usage Policy

Arbor AI usage is part of the Arbor MIS platform and as such is made available under the terms and conditions of Arbor contracts and terms of use. These documents are available to view here.

Fair Usage Policy

1. The availability of free Arbor AI features and fair usage limits vary by the tier of package you have chosen and the phase of school. See the table at the bottom of this article showing the availability of Arbor AI features by tier for more information.
2. The user will be notified of their fair usage limit via a dashboard showing the % remaining.
3. The Institution will be automatically notified when they have reached 80% of their fair usage limit, and again when they have reached 100%. The Institution's Parnership Manager will also be alerted.
4. When fair usage limits are reached, the Arbor AI features listed in the Availability of Arbor AI features by tier table below will cease to work. The Institution will need to buy an AI subscription in order to continue using Arbor AI features.
5. Users can only cancel an AI subscription at the end of each subscription year by giving 90 days' notice of the annual renewal data by writing to customersales@arbor-education.com
6. No discounts apply to an AI Subscription, and AI Subscriptions can only be purchased at a school level.
7. AI Subscription costs are reviewed at least annually and are subject to change.
8. The Institution's fair usage limit will reset each year. AI Subscription tokens will expire at the end of each subscription year.
