How to get help during your Onboarding
Your Onboarding Manager
You won't navigate your onboarding journey alone! You'll have a dedicated Arbor Onboarding Manager as your main point of contact throughout your entire 12-week transition. They're here to make sure your move to Arbor is as smooth and successful as possible by:
- Helping you plan and stay on track with all your onboarding tasks.
- Reviewing the key Foundation Modules that will get your school up and running from day one.
- Advising you on the best way to roll out training to your staff.
- Connecting with you to keep everything moving forward.
- Working closely on your data migration (including your dummy run!) to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Helping you manage potential risks or changes as you introduce your new MIS.
- Making sure you have all the resources and contact details you could possibly need.
Please note: While your Onboarding Manager is on-hand to guide you during onboarding, they don't provide technical Arbor support or answer specific 'how-to' questions. For these queries, including any questions that come up during data checking, you should reach out to your dedicated Support Team!
