This article covers what to do if you have purchased additional 1-1 training as part of your move to Arbor to cover topics like setting up Behaviour and/or Assessments. You can book all your sessions directly through the Arbor Training Hub. These are bespoke 1-1 sessions with your school and a Customer Education Specialist.
Any courses you've purchased will be available on your Dashboard in the Courses section (you can use 'Ctrl + F' on your keyboard to easily search for them) or as part of a Learning Path (e.g. Behaviour or Assessments). If you believe you've purchased a course and it isn't displaying, please contact the Customer Success Team by emailing mysuccess@arbor-education.com

How to book your Behaviour Consultation
- Log into the Arbor Training Hub
- Click on Dashboard
- Select the Behaviour Consultation and Reporting tile to start the Behaviour Learning Path

Select the Behaviour Consultation Course
- Click on Start Course
- Click the live link in the course to book your session.
- You will be taken to a new window where you can select a suitable date and time from the calendar. Note: You might have some additional questions to answer before this to ensure your booking is with the correct Customer Education Specialist or Consultant.
- Select your preferred date and time and click Confirm.
- Complete the booking form, making sure you complete all required fields. If you would like to add additional attendees to the session, select Add Guests and enter their email addresses.
- Once you've filled in the form, click Schedule Event. You will receive a diary invite to the email address provided with details of the booking and how to join the live training session. You can share this invite and joining details with other staff members. Your calendar invite will also include links to cancel or reschedule your session if required. These changes need to be made at least 24 hours before your training is due to start or you will be charged for the session.

How to book your Assessment Consultation
- Log into the Arbor Training Hub
- Click on Dashboard
- Select the Assessment Consultation Course.
- Watch the Introduction and Consultation Recordings.
- Then choose the scenario that best applies to your school (depending on whether your school is part or not of a Multi Academy Trust) and click the live link in the course to complete a booking form.

For Schools choosing their own assessment or outside a MAT: You will be taken to a new window where you can select a suitable date and time from the calendar.
Note: You might have some additional questions to answer before this to ensure your booking is with the correct Customer Education Specialist or Consultant.

For Schools part of a MAT that is aligning their Assessment: You'll be taken to a short form to complete. This will ensure you are directed to the Consultant who knows the MAT requirements. You will then be taken to the Calendar page to book your session.

Assessment Setup and Reporting Training
Following your Assessment Consultation, your Customer Education Specialist will recommend the number of hours needed for each follow-up training.
The booking process for this is the same as above:

- Click on Dashboard
- Select the Assessment Setup and Reporting Course.
- Click the live link in the course to book your session.
- Next you will see an extra step to select the duration and Customer Education Specialist for your session.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?
Once you have booked your 1:1 training using the steps above, you'll receive an email and a diary invite that contains the details of the booking and a link to join the live session.
Included in the diary invite are links to either cancel or reschedule the booking up to 24 hours before your session.
IMPORTANT - if you can no longer make the date you have booked, you will need to use the links in the invite to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the start time of your session; otherwise, you will be charged for the training.
