As the end of term approaches, we want to make sure you have all the information you need for a smooth transition into the summer holidays and back into the autumn term.
Summer Support Team Opening Hours
This summer is a quieter time for us, which allows us to invest in staff development. Our general opening hours will be Monday to Thursday 9am-4pm and Fridays 9am-12pm
However, please note the following dates and times when we'll be offering reduced support (email only for system-critical issues):
- Wednesday 30th July - Friday 1st August
- Friday 22nd August
We will be closed on Monday 26th August for the bank holiday.
To assist with A-Level and GCSE results days, we'll be opening our support desk early at 6:30 am on August 13th and 20th.
We'll return to our normal support hours of 8 am to 5 pm from Tuesday, August 26th.
