This guide is designed for primary and middle schools who are onboarding to Arbor with using the Digital Onboarding process. It outlines the support you will receive during your 8-week onboarding process.
Moving to a new MIS is a big step, and they're here to make sure you feel fully supported every step of the way. They've got a dedicated team and resources to ensure your transition is as smooth as possible.
How to get help during your Onboarding
Your Onboarding Team
You won't navigate your onboarding journey alone! You'll have a dedicated Arbor Onboarding Team as your main point of contact throughout your entire 8-week transition. They're here to make sure your move to Arbor is as smooth and successful as possible by:
- Send you weekly emails with all your onboarding tasks, advice for training and the best way to roll out key modules for your Arbor MIS.
- Connecting with you when you need support by monitoring your progress in the background and contacting everything keeps moving forward.
- Working closely on your data migration to ensure everything runs moothly.
Your onboarding team are happy to go through any questions you have regarding your move to Arbor. Please email them at myonboarding@arbor-education.com. The team are happy to speak to you on the phone if you have a complex query or would prefer to speak to someone directly. Please just mention on your email that you'd like them to call you back.
Please note: While your Onboarding Team is on-hand to guide you during onboarding, they don't provide technical Arbor support or answer specific 'how-to' questions. For these queries, including any questions that come up during data checking, you should reach out to your dedicated Support Team!
Arbor Support Team
For any 'how-to' questions about using Arbor, or if you have a question about how your data has migrated, your go-to is our Support Team. They are available throughout onboarding and beyond!
