This article explains how to provide parents with proof of payment through screenshots and invoices in Arbor. It details the steps to view payments, download invoices, and take screenshots for various accounts such as clubs, trips, and meals.
It isn't possible to print receipts in Arbor when a payment is made. However, you can take a screenshot of the payment where it is held in Arbor and print invoices. This is the same for:
- Clubs
- Trips
- Wraparound Care Clubs
- Meals
- School Shop items
- Topping up an account
View payments made
Go to the Student Profile and go to Payments in the left-hand menu. Select the account.
For meals or other accounts, go to the Top-Ups page from the left-hand menu. You can download this table.
For clubs, go to the Account Overview page from the left-hand menu. You can take a screenshot of this page which shows payment from the past 30 days.
For trips, go to the Invoices page from the left-hand menu. You can download this table.
You can also click on the payment for more payment details.
Viewing and downloading invoices
Go to the Student Profile and go to Payments. Select the account, then go to the Invoices page.
Click on the green writing at the top of the page to adjust the filters if needed, and click on the invoice.
Click the grey More Information button
Click the green Print Invoice button
