Error 4105 occurs when a teacher's number is not 7 or 8 digits long. To resolve this, edit the teacher number in the staff member's profile, ensuring it meets the digit requirement and has no trailing spaces before saving changes.
Error Message: The teacher number must be 7 or 8 digits.
Resolution:
- Go to the staff member's profile
- In the Identity section click on the Teacher Number
- Click on the Edit button
- Review the number making sure its either seven or eight digits long. Top Tip: Make sure there are no spaces after the last digit!
- Click Save Changes
