Error Message:
Teacher number must be 7 or 8 digits.
Resolution:
- Go to the staff member's profile
- In the Identity section click on the Teacher Number
- Click on the Edit button
- Review the number making sure its either seven or eight digits long. Top Tip: Make sure there are no spaces after the last digit!
- Click Save Changes
