Error 4700 indicates that no role has been supplied for a user. To resolve this, ensure that a contract is recorded on the user's profile and that a corresponding post exists. If the post is missing, it can be added as needed.

First, check they have a contract recorded on their profile. There must be a Post recorded for this.
