How are standard and in-house exam access arrangements linked?

There is a relationship between standard and in-house exam access arrangements:

• Access arrangements set for standard examinations will also create access arrangements for students for in-house exams.
• Access arrangements set for in-house examinations will not automatically update access arrangements for standard exams.

If you need to add an access arrangement for a student for both, we recommend adding it from the standard access arrangements area.

Once you've added access arrangements, changes made to an Extra Time allocation for standard exams will also apply to the student's in-house exam access arrangement. However, no other changes will feed through, so you'd also need to update the student's in-house exam access arrangement.
