This article explains how to reset your password within the Arbor Training Hub and provides the link to access the Arbor Training Hub for already signed-up users.
Accessing the Hub
To access the Arbor Training Hub, please follow this link: https://arboreducation.northpass.com/
If you are already a signed-up user, you can log in directly from the above link.
If you're not yet signed up but have purchased training, you should have received an activation email from no-reply@northpass.com with the subject 'You've been invited to the Arbor Training Hub!'
Once you have the email:

Click on Activate Account to get started.
- Complete your details and choose a secure password.
- Press Save Profile to complete your account setup
If you're not a signed-up user and haven't purchased training yet, you'll need to do so first. Please get in touch here.
Resetting your Arbor Training Hub Password
If you have a Training Hub Account, but you have forgotten your password or it has expired, please try resetting your password using these instructions:
1. Go to https://arboreducation.northpass.com/
2. Click Forgotten Password
3. An email will be sent out to you; you must also check your spam, junk and deleted email folders.
4. Follow the instructions in the password reset email
