Secure Upload Portal FAQ - Primary Onboarding (Scholarpack and Integris)

This guidance is for Primary Schools and Special Schools migrating from Scholarpack or Integris. Secondary Schools should contact their Arbor Onboarding Manager.

All schools moving to Arbor receive a Secure Upload Portal (SUP). This FAQ document will give you some more information on how to access and use your SUP.

What is the Secure Upload Portal?

For schools moving from Scholarpack and Integris, the SUP allows you to authorise Arbor to transfer your data from your current MIS. This can be done at any time prior to your migration date. Once the relevant terms and conditions have been accepted from the SUP, Arbor will begin the migration after 6pm on your booked migration day.

Is uploading data via the Secure Upload Portal Safe?

Absolutely! Our secure upload portal has the same level of security as Arbor. This exceeds the industry standard and includes bank-grade encryption.

When will we receive access to our Secure Upload Portal?

The week before your migration, your nominated Data Uploader will receive two emails from Arbor containing the information you will need to access your SUP:

  • Email 1 will contain the link to your SUP along with the username you will need to use
  • Email 2 will contain the password to log in to your SUP

Who will need to accept Arbor's Terms and Conditions?

The SUP emails will be sent to your nominated Data Uploader. This is usually the Project Lead, but could also be another member of the school team, or a MAT contact.

If you have received the SUP details and are not the Data Uploader or if someone else who will be supporting you with confirming your migration, please forward both emails onto the correct person.

If you are not sure who your data uploader is:

  • Please click Contact Us in the top right of the Help Centre and select Onboarding, migration and moving to Arbor.

When will our data be migrated?

Once you accept the migration terms and conditions, Arbor will work with Scholarpack/Integris to transfer your data to your Arbor site. This usually occurs after 6pm on your booked migration day.

Any data you input into your current MIS after your booked migration day will not migrate across to your new Arbor MIS site.

You may need to communicate to your wider school team that they should no longer use your current MIS after the migration has started. We recommend schools take paper registers during the period between the migration and receiving your Arbor site.

What happens once our data has migrated?

Once the migration process is complete, the onboarding team will send an email to the project lead with more information about the migration and how you can log into your new Arbor MIS for the first time! Before releasing the site to the wider team, we suggest that the Project lead follows these steps on getting started first: Getting stated with your Arbor MIS
