How do I Migrate from ScholarPack or Integris

This guide covers everything you need to know about the data migration process for ScholarPack and Integris schools.

What do I need to complete before my migration?

You need to complete all data cleansing before your booked migration slot. Please see this guide, or your onboarding workbook for more detailed instructions on what to complete.

How do I start my migration?

To ensure we can begin your migration, please accept our Terms and Conditions within your Secure Upload Portal prior to your migration day. We will then begin your migration on your booked day at 6pm.

What do I do until I have my site?

After your migration has started (6pm on your booked migration day), nothing else that you input into your ScholarPack or Integris site will migrate. We advise schools to use paper registers if attendance needs to be taken during this time. These can be input into Arbor following your go-live.

Will I still have access to ScholarPack or Integris?

You will still retain access to ScholarPack or Integris until 31/12/25, and will be able to access it during the duration of your migration. However, if you input anything after 6pm on your migration day, this will not migrate to your new Arbor site.
