What types of documents do we migrate from Integris to Arbor?

Context

The Staff and Student Document Manager provides the ability to transform and migrate Integris documents into our system.

This document explains which document types are migrated under specific conditions.

 

Staff Document Types and Migration Rules

Contract Documents

  • Created when the document type = 'contracts'

  • These documents are directly tied to the staff member’s most recent contract

  • To locate them, the system retrieves the staff member’s latest contract record

Staff General Documents

  • These documents are directly tied to the staff and appear under the "Migrated Documents" sidebar in the staff’s profile

  • Migrated when document type is one of:

    • Not specified

    • Clearance

    • performance

    • Qualifications

    • Training

    • Medical

Staff Medical Condition

  • This resource creates a medical condition record in the MIS

  • The associated document itself is migrated via the main Staff Document resource

  • Once migrated, the document is available under the "Migrated Documents" sidebar in the staff profile

Staff Document Types and Migration Rules

Sen Notes

  • Created when Document Type = 'IMPORT_SEN'

  • Migration occurs if the document exists in the DMS

  • These documents appear in "Educational Needs" sidebar in the student’s profile

Pastoral Notes

  • Migration occurs if the document exists in the DMS

  • These documents appear on student’s profile in "Pastoral Notes" section

  • Created when Document Type is one of:

    • IMPORT_COMM

    • IMPORT_ATTEND

    • IMPORT_ASSESS

    • IMPORTED

    • LETTER

    • FOLLOW_UP

Student General Documents

  • Migration occurs if the document exists in the DMS

  • These documents are directly tied to the student and appear under the "Migrated Documents" sidebar in the student’s profile

  • Migrated when Document Type is one of:

    • IMPORT_BEHAV

    • IMPORT_RTP

    • PARENT_REPORT
