Integris to Arbor - Attainment Checks

Checking your Key Stage data in Arbor

There are multiple places and ways in which you can view your migrated Key Stage data in Arbor.

Per Student

To view migrated Key Stage data per student, on the student profile, select Attainment from the left-hand side

In bulk per Key Stage

To view migrated Key Stage data in bulk, navigate to:

  1. Students > Assessments > DfE Assessments > View Marks
  2. Select the appropriate Key Stage and then the component you would like to view, e.g End of Key Stage 1 > Phonics Screening Check Mark

Custom Report

You can create a custom report following the steps here to show the data in a large grouping, e.g all of Key Stage 1 instead of just Phonics. We would recommend limiting this to one report per Key Stage to ensure the report does not time out due to the large amount of data being returned.

Checking your Key Stage data in Integris

There are multiple places and ways in which you can view your Key Stage data in Integris.

Per Student

To view Key Stage data per student, on the student record, select the Key Stage tab and the relevant Key Stage:

Per Year

To view Key Stage data per academic year, if they have been previously set up, you can navigate to, select the appropriate academic year and view all the available markbooks.

Per Key Stage

We have created four separate reports that you can run within Integris to get a list of all Key Stage data broken down by Key Stage. Navigate to Reports > Ad Hoc - Flexible > Integris Reports and select either of the four Key Stage reports. You can select which academic year to include and which students to include.

To use the reports, please ensure you have the correct roles to access Ad hoc - Flexible, as outlined here

Please note this report can take some time to load as it is returning a large amount of data. If the report continues to time out, please narrow down the parameters being used.

There are a number of options to export your Key Stage data from Integris. We recommend that you use the CTF option, as this will be the easiest method to allow you to bulk import the data.
