Error 4990

Error 4990 occurs when the last day of a sickness absence is entered but the number of working days lost is 0. To resolve this, access the staff member's profile, navigate to Absences, select the relevant absence, and update the hours accordingly.

When the last day of a sickness absence is provided then the number of working days lost must be greater than 0. 

Go to the staff member's Staff Profile and select Absences from the left-hand side. Click on the absence and then click on the dates. Add the hours.
