Error 2936 occurs when Under 5 childcare records incorrectly indicate acceptance of pupils from other schools. We have updated our system and now when adding an Under five childcare place, the Available to other schools question has been removed, so this can no longer be entered correctly.
If you entered this record before the update, follow these steps to resolve the error:
- go to School > School Details, then scroll down to the Childcare Places section.
- Click on the record for Under five Childcare, click the Edit button and then click Delete.
- Re-add your record for Under five childcare places by following the steps in this article.
Once this has been done, regenerate your census - error 2936 will have disappeared.
