Error 1845 occurs when a student is marked as an Early Years Pupil Premium Recipient but lacks recorded Funded or Expanded Hours. To fix this, check the student's profile for correct Funded Hours and ensure Expanded Hours are noted if applicable. If there are no recorded hours but the student should qualify, contact the DfE for assistance.
Early years pupil premium is only available for pupils in receipt of funded or expanded hours.
This error will trigger when a student has been recorded as an Early Years Pupil Premium Recipient, but they do not have any Funded Hours or Expanded Hours recorded on their profile.
To resolve this error:
- Head to the student's profile page, and scroll down to the Other section.
- Ensure that the student's Funded Hours are recorded correctly.
- If the student is 2 years old and is in receipt of Expanded Hours, then ensure this field is filled in with the correct number of hours.
If the student does not have any Funded or Expanded Hours, and you believe they are in receipt of Early Years Pupil Premium, please contact the DfE for further advice around this error.
