Although it isn't possible to calculate all the statistics in Arbor, you can use our Gender Pay Gap Report Template to create a report of a lot of the information you'll need. This template shows staff, title, Sex (rather than Gender Identity - more details here), position, reference number, start and end dates, spinal point, FTE salary, Base pay pro-rata and working hours per week. You can then click Download to export your report to Excel to complete your analysis.
