Taniqua

Taniqua has over 10 years experience in customer-facing roles -having worked in events, retail, the higher education housing sector and for the NHS. Helping people is something that brings Taniqua joy and when she’s not at work she is with her very energetic 4-year-old. Taniqua loves spending time with her family and friends and experiencing new thrills and adventures.

 

Eddie

Having enjoyed a diverse career journey, having held various roles in Local Government, Law, Nursing, Trade Unions, and even tried his hand as a recruiter for early and growth-stage startups, Eddie has found his place with the Arbor Onboarding Team. Eddie is a man of many interests (Probably too many), always eager to start new projects, with his enduring passions being Cycling, Woodworking, and Photography. But beyond his many hobbies, what truly matters to Eddie are the incredible individuals in his life. His family, consisting of his wife, daughter and Newfoundland dog, are the most important people in the world to him.

 

Maya

Maya attended University of York where she completed a degree in History and was President of the Metal and Alternative Music society. Between University terms, she took up multiple customer-service roles, including with NHSx to support the government's programme during the Covid-19 pandemic. After graduating, she took up a role in the Social Housing sector where she worked to provide high quality customer service and improve access to support. She is excited to work alongside her team at Arbor to ensure the best possible experience for schools. When she’s not at work, Maya enjoys attending metal and goth rock gigs, watching horror films and reading about modern history.

 

Jackson

Jackson, a MacEwan University graduate with a major in History and double minors in French Literature and Philosophy, brings a wealth of experience from his background in Human Resources. He has also taught English abroad and engaged in various professional activities, including working in a library and serving as the Vice Chair of "Friends of the Morinville Public Library," a charitable organisation dedicated to raising funds for the library. Jackson is keen to work along side the talented Onboarding team at Arbor to provide a world class experience to schools. Apart from his professional pursuits, Jackson is passionate about his diverse hobbies, such as hiking, camping, table-top gaming, video games, and cultural exchanges. He is also dedicated to learning Japanese. In his personal life, Jackson is happily married and shares his home with two adored cats.

 

Lynn

Lynn initially started her career in the Travel Industry where she spent 25 years in customer service and management roles. She also worked within the NHS to support the government's program during the Covid-19 pandemic before moving to Education. With over 28 years experience in Customer Service Roles, Management and with extensive schools experience, Lynn has worked within the Education sector supporting schools with their MIS and now Finance platforms. When Lynn is not at work she loves spending time with her family consisting of her Husband, daughter and Mad Cockapoo Dog. Family and friends are the most important people in her life.
