Error 4140

Error 4140 occurs when a staff member's former name contains consecutive spaces. To resolve this, edit the former name in the staff member's profile, remove any double spaces, and save the changes.

Error Message: Former Family Name has two or more consecutive spaces.
Resolution:

  1. Go to the staff member's profile
  2. Click on the staff member's former name in the Identity section
  3. Click on the Edit button
  4. Review the names entered, making sure there aren't double spaces
  5. Click Save Changes
