Error Message: NI Number has invalid Format
Resolution:
- Go to the staff member's profile
- Click on the NI number in the Identity section
- Click on the Edit button
- Review the data entered, making sure it follows these conditions:
- Must be 9 characters
- First two characters must be letters
- The first letter must not be D,F,I,Q,U or V
- The second letter must not be D, F, I, O, Q, U or V.
- Next 6 characters must be numbers
- Final character must be a letter - it needs to be A, B, C, D or space
- Click Save Changes
