Resolution:
- Go to the staff profile
- Scroll to the Qualification & Checks section
- Click on the Teacher Status and either:
- Give the staff member HLTA status
- Review the staff member contracts - they have a contract which is suggesting they are a Teaching Assistant. The DfE would expect Teaching Assistants to have an HTLA status.
